What are the opening hours?

We are open daily from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., with the last entry allowed one hour before closing.

Event access is by staggered entries every 15 minutes

Where is This is Wonderland located and how do I get there?

This is Wonderland is located at the Giardino delle Cascate near the Laghetto dell’EUR, precisely in the Passeggiata del Giappone snc – 00144 Roma RM.

It can be easily reached by public transportation. Here are the directions:

Metro: EUR Palasport stop on line B.

Bus: lines 070, 30, 31, 714, 791 stop at Giardino delle Cascate.

Where can I buy tickets?

Alternatively, you can purchase them directly at the ticket office, if available at the time of your visit.

What is the ticket price?

Sunday – Thursday:

Full: €12

Reduced (children 4 – 12 years, over 65, accompanying disabled guests): 10€

Family Pack (2 adults and two children 4 – 12 years): 35€

Friday, Saturday and public holidays:

Full: 15€

Reduced (children 4 – 12 years, over 65, accompanying disabled guest): 12€

Family Pack (2 adults and two children 4 – 12 years): 50€

Can children under 4 participate in the event?

Certainly, children under the age of 4 do not pay admission and no booking is necessary.

From what age can children enter without being accompanied by an adult?

Children 16 and over may enter the event without being accompanied by an adult.

How is the event accessible to people with disabilities and motor disabilities?

For those with a certified disability of 70% or higher or 104 in the case of minors, admission is free and their companion is entitled to a reduced ticket, which we recommend purchasing online to guarantee access, otherwise it can be purchased at the ticket office subject to availability.

We always guarantee admission to these categories and there is a fast track in case of queues and specific barrier-free access.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are neither refundable nor are changeable.

Is there private car parking?

We do not have private parking, however there are ample parking facilities in the surrounding area, located at the EUR Palasport metro station.

Can I bring my dog with me?

This is Wonderland is pet-friendly and welcomes all our little four-legged friends.

What happens if I have bought a ticket and cannot make it?

If you have purchased a ticket for a date and cannot make it, the ticket can be reused Monday through Thursday after 23:30.

Is it possible to enter later than the purchased time?

We allow a maximum delayed entry time of 30 min.
Should the delay be longer, entry will still be permitted from 23.30 on the same day.
